Life is a puzzle we can’t solve
Whose door will the river of doubt knock tonight
With time I gave up believing in miracles
Caught in cyclone of emotions
Dealing with the random outcome of reality
Remained untitled to the pros and cons
Could not weigh out the balance of the burdens
Paragraphed in this narrative
Lives a thought alive for another day
At the height of default to custom
Till truth unravels itself
As it creeps upon us
The Unexpected Thought

Hi there, I started this blog to express myself. I choose to call it the dessert flower. It's a odd name for a blog you may think. I think it best describes me and my life. You can find a rose anywhere but a desert flower blooms under the brutal sun, harsh dessert, without water and all alone. I think at the end of the day we are fighting for ourselves just like the dessert unsented jewel#dessert flower#

Hi Desert Flower, I enjoyed your puzzling poem about life. I can tell you love poetry. I love your style. Have you participated in Colleen Tanka Tuesday? They are a different style, but a real learning experience. Thanks for following my blog. I will be following yours as well. I couldn’t find an about page here. Your blog is beautiful, and I’m going to explore your women empowerment section. ๐ Marsha.

Hi there. Thankyou so much for dropping by with your ever so kind words. No I have not participated in Colleen Tanka Tuesdays. I would love. To check it out and learn a few things.
You have a amazing blog. I guess I have to create my about page. I haven’t gave a thought to it yet. Thankyou for letting me know. Please do. Hope you have a great read.
Good day โ๐

The about page is the hardest thing to write, but your real followers will go straight there after they read your lastest post or two. I have revised mine quite a few times over the eight years to reflect changes in my life. There’s another page that is nice, but not as essential which is called New Here. That defines the purpose of your blog and what browsers might expect to find. It might even state what you are looking for from them – depending on what kind of a blog it is. Another couple of people that you might enjoy just for blogging tips are Hugh Roberts at https://hughsviewsandnews.com/, and Janice Wald at http://www.mostlyblogging.com/. And of course, my blog, Always Write. ๐

It is lovely, Raghavasree. I’m glad to know your real name. Desert flower is much easier. I love your picture, too. It makes you real. Before I became an educator, I was a dental assistant and receptionist/office manager. I had considered being a dental hygienist, but couldn’t stand the thought of being so old when I finished. – 19! LOL If not for missing a college chemistry class how different my life might have been. Good luck with your final year. I admire your tenacity and hard work, especially at such a young age.

Thankyou so much Marsha. Oh wow you got my name right. Haha I don’t mind being called Desert flower. Quite the suprise to hear that you were a dental assistant. Hahaha well dental education is tough but the student will power has to be tougher. I am sure you would have been a pro dental hygienist. Age is just a number in front of your passion. Thankyou so much. Really means a lot you dropping by. Your comment made my day. Have a great day. โคโ
