Lotus and Buddha

Its not where you come from but where you want to be

I have always been connected with lotus and Buddha. It some how brought peace to me. As a kid I had this secret desire to paint Buddha with a lotus. Well I have finally accomplished this mission.

This is my recent painting. I have used metallic black and gold paint with acrylic paint for the patterned multi color effect.

The gold and black painting never gets old. It’s a pure classic. Its have tired to aim a modern but yet a elegant and spiritual look to it. Especially in the light it looks is really pretty as the angel of light hitting the gold paint shines at different intensities at various distance.Its really beautiful. I have hung it in living room.

Well house arrest could not stop my dream on trying out canvas painting for the first time. I finally got the time and I love trying out new things. I am really happy with the way it turned out. Could not have been more proud of my self
