The Beast

Welcome to the masquerade

Of a flawed living

Of the devil living inside

Fighting for its innocence

That the world forcefully stripped it from

A lie that doubted the truth

Made him wonder

Of the few that knew him

But yet abandoned him at his lowest

As he fought through hell

Only to return as a heartless brutal beast

That the world created him to be

He vouched to kill his enemies

Only to protect his own kin

As he rose from his own ashes

To bring terror in hearts of foe

Eyes that danced with fire

The grin that dripped with blood

The fangs that were deep in one’s neck

Dealings with emotions that over whelmed him

Made him human at least to certain extent

The Halloween season finally made him feel at home

As the streets paraded his existence

Little did they know that the beast has a soft side

No one knows what tipped the beast to the dark side

We are all beasts in our own ways as we successfully hide from the world. Living with the demon inside as it lurks our shadows of mind. Some days we are controlled by our inner demons and some days the demon controls us. It’s always hungry. Feeding on our worst fears, lust and warmth of longing. While we are sleeping the demon tempts you to cross every line you ever drawn all while it hunts, haunts you and you ability to seeing loved ones as a foe. It plays its illusions well. Once it successfully accomplished in turning your loved as a labeled enemy. The demon has consumed you whole…
