DIY- Course to House Arrest

House arrest during the pandemic can be one hell of a journey. Being nothing but sofa sloth binging on our favorite food with the world of web series. We usually loose the control to predict time. It can be more than torture and monotonous life.

No worries as I have set of amazing ways to entertain ones self.

Here is a strict course to overcome COVID boredom.

There are various ways to the world of art. So much to explore and try out. So get your earphones ready with your favorite playlist.

  1. Mandala art Its a beautiful way to scribble our emotions and feelings into spiraling beautiful works of art. Its a simple but a effective outcome. It requires only few everyday art supplies that you find lying around your house. With a bit of practice it looks amazing in canvas painting. It can be used on old bottles and it has a fantastic results. By using yo.ur imagination these symmetric infused art becomes a world of its own

2. Cooking

Cooking has always been my relaxation therapy for a foodie like me. Today i would like to share a tasty treat recipe of banana chocolate chip cookies. These are mouth watering cookies and the perfect snack. These are chewy soft and you can never get enough of them

Yoga is a relaxing way to destress your body. Its a unique way to calm your nerves and rejuvenate. A peaceful and effective exercise that will help you loose the extra pounds that were gained during house arrest. Yoga improves concentration, breathing and for a fun fact actually good for overall balance and composure

Face Masks

How to Prepare the Papaya face mask for glowing skin 

  1. Take 2 pieces of papaya and about 1 tablespoon of honey.
  2. Mash the papaya and add honey to it.
  3. Apply it on clean, dry skin and allow it to rest for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Wash your face with water and pat dry with a clean towel.
  5. Use this pack once a week for best results.
